Terms and Conditions for our language lessons

Postponing :

One-to-One lesson

You may postpone your lesson without a penalty by telling Myriam Language school 24 hours before the start of your lesson. After this notice period, no repayment shall be granted.
You may postpone your six-month enrolment Premium Package without a penalty by telling Myriam Language School 15 working days before your first scheduled lesson. After this notice period, no repayment shall be granted.

Group classes:

Group classes of 3 students need at least a minimum of 2 students’ attendance to ensure the lesson. If students postpone the lesson with less than 48h notice, lesson is fully charged without any refund. Recording of the lesson will be provided to the student missing the class to catch up learning.
Group classes may be postponed by informing Myriam Language School in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the session. If not, lessons will be fully charged without any refund. Lessons booked for Monday must be postponed by midday UK time the Friday before.

Cancelling:

Conditions of cancelling before your enrolment are the following:

You may cancel the purchase of a single lesson by giving 15 working days’ notice. Repayment shall be fully granted.
You may cancel your whole booking Premium package by giving 15 working days’ notice, but you will be charged for the minimum pro rata, this means 25 pounds administration fees.
You may cancel your whole enrolment by giving 15 working days’ notice for the Premium Pack and/or for a single lesson. If you take more than 15 working days’ notice to cancel your purchase, no repayment shall be granted after the notice period.

Other changes to your enrolment after you have started

You may make one change to a course you have started without a penalty if you give Myriam Language school 15 working days’ notice. After that, the school reserves the right to charge a £25 administration fees, on top of not refunding your initial payment.
If you change to a course of a lower value, there will be no refund for the difference in fees for the following 15 working days‘ notice.

Online lessons:

Online lessons start only when first payment has been made.
You may postpone any of your lessons by informing Myriam Language School in writing at least 24 hours before the start of the session. Lessons booked for Monday must be postponed by midday UK time the Friday before.
